This plum liqueur is aged in toasted antique casks that were used to store whisky. Polyphenol absorbed from the casks imparts a pleasantly acerbic note and the matured liqueur has an aroma reminiscent of whisky. This creates a plum liqueur with moderate sweetness that melds a distinctive flavor with well-rounded tones.
